All purchases are sent out within 2 days of order.
I can ship my jewelry by Standard shipping (no tracking number), Certified Mail (with a track number of the shipment) or Courrier. You will be able to choose the shipping you prefer during the Checkout.
Shippings to Spain or Europe take from 5 to10 days, but International Shippings can take 20 days.
Marta Oms is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the mail. But if is there any problem don't hesitate to contact me, and I will do my best to solve it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges are available for most items. You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
All items must be unused and in original condition and needs to be shipped back insured with delivery confirmation and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
I don't accept returns from CUSTOM ORDERS or Customized pieces.

Canvis i Devolucions
M'agrada que estiguis content amb la joia que has comprat per tant ofereixo canvis en la majoria de les meves peces. Em pots contactar 24 hores despés d'haver rebut la peça per tal de concretar el canvi.
Les peces han d'estar en les mateixes condicions que s'han rebut i s'han de retornar per correu certificat (amb numero de seguiment) amb el mateix embalatge. Els gastos d'enviament corren a càrrec del client.
No accepto Canvis ni Devolucions de peçes modificades i/o fetes per encàrrec.

Custom and personalized orders
I actually accept custom orders, so please you can contact me if you want a special piece or a setting for a stone.
Take note that the Coupon Codes are not applicable to Custom Orders
Enjoy your silver pieces, as more the piece is worn the skin oils will prevent oxidation.
If cleaning is needed follow these instructions:
- Using a soft toothbrush, wash piece with mild dish soap and warm water. Dry well.
- Polished surfaces can be cleaned with a pre-treated polishing cloth.
- DO NOT use abrasive polishes, chemical tarnish removers, or ultasonic cleaners on pieces containing pearls or stones. (ask me which stones are able to be in contact with this kind of products).
Black or Oxidized Silver:
Some people skin oxidize silver and others clean it. If your jewel is oxidated, it can wear away in time, if you contact me I can describe you how to re-achieve it.
- DO NOT clean and use abrasive textiles with this oxidized patina

I can resize most of my jewels for free, so if you want a different ring size from the one you see don't hesitate to contact me and we will work together the resizing.
I'm feel happy to help you to find your ring size if you don't know it, you only have to measure the interior diameter of a ring that fits you and send me that measurement.
I also have conversion tables, so if in your country the size is different from Usa or Europe, I can give you the matching size number.
